 WRONG QUEUE CALLS.

PostSubject: WRONG QUEUE CALLS.   Fri Nov 17, 2006 3:37 am

Procedure:

1. Get Caller's name

2. Get Service Tag

3. Ask if she entered Express Service code after dialing 1800 number.

4. Get caller's issue

5. Give cust the toll free number.

6. Tranfer caller to the correct queue

Of course, you have to log the call with the caller's name and everything....
